Here, try this.
Got this working on mine by editing the file from PR1.2.
Just extract meegotouchhome.css from the .zip and copy to your MyDocs folder. Open developer mode then run this code:
$ devel-su
rootme (default pw shown)
# cp /home/user/MyDocs/meegotouchhome.css /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/meegotouchhome/style/
Reboot
That should work. Worked on mine.

does anyone know how tho change the color of the seperator (line) between day/date and the feed section on the event screen?

probably you will find the name in this file /usr/share/themes/base/meegotouch/meegotouchhomemeegotouchhome.css

I had a poke around for this but couldn't find it.

Got this working on mine by editing the file from PR1.2.
Just extract meegotouchhome.css from the .zip and copy to your MyDocs folder. Open developer mode then run this code:
