Try using a wall charger.

Thank you but i have try it too and doesn't work

I have press U key when my n900 is connected to the wall charger and is seen to be charging, but is not sure, cos is not blinking the orange LED, but is stand in Nokia logo and with USB logo on top. Going to wait for a couple o minutes, to see if is doing something, but it looks like is blocked and doesn't charge the battery.

After a few mins, the mobile is switching off. and doesn't charge anymore until you don't plug again the wall charger.

The best solution is booting the phone without loading in this moment. What you are describing, is nomal.

Yeah it sounds like your battery is too low and needs to be charged either in another phone (n900 or some other nokias if the battery terminals can sit inside just touching the pins) or in an external charger (pretty cheap on ebay).

Something else that sometimes works if your phone is in a reboot loop would be to leave the battery out for a while (say an hour or so), then try it back in the device.
