I guess there's no 0.2.7 version, call it what you want to call it (whining, trolling, whatever...) THIS IS TAKING TOOOO LONG, i wish i can enjoy full version of wazapp before the release of the next storm of Nokia's Windows phone 8 devices.

Does anybody know how the messages are transmitted? Is there any encryption involved, or is it plain text, sniffable through local networks?

At least in android/blackberry, the previous versions were not encrypted, or with a low encryption, there were some apps that could snif the traffic in the same wifi. Now they can't, or at least, i can't use them anymore.

It's taking so long because the devs have lives and it is not a simple app. just sit and relax, at least you can chat, and if you want to send smthg do it through email, or learn to code.

I think there should be a specific discussion thread to keep this one clean

Please shut up and go buy a windows phone, I am in contact with both Tarek and Knobtviker and these people are doing their best... I think there should be no wazapp release for the future because of overdemanding, self-entitled *******s such as yourself.

Edited: for accuracy...

I hate these NOOBS, please go back to your cave. Just be happy that we have Wazapp without some N9 dedicated people this would never happened. If you are so stressed about it....learn to code and fix your own version. If not for the time being please STFU and wait!

Blown away at how awesome this is, didn't have it working properly before, but now it's all just so, stock.

very impressed!

but receiving media, pretty much just photos, is there any new intel?
is there anything that we could facilitate with?

EDIT:
and the contact icon appearing as the notification icon is A-MAZING!
such an ingenious idea, I bloody love it!

clearly, would be even awesome-er squircl-ised, but still, awesome!

Can you provide me the unpacked code so I can check it out?

EDIT: Found the code, contacting Cepi about it since I suck at Python and this is some heavy stuff.
You are welcome, and sorry I see your message too late. Tarek used the s40 version to have a look on most of the code but i deleted all those old files.
