at the pictures you can see TWO different lcd with TWO different digitizer! both screens are new, it must be my fault?!

is there a special trick to assembly the lcd and the touch digitizer?
i assembled it for many times, but only the lcd screen works but no touch response! the components are all brand new!
i am very depressed
