03092012 build is the most stable version now, but if you are looking for something to just work:
I got a PM from @ginggs on a 0.2.6 build which is stable, so you could try this one and see how you go on it. Details of build are here: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...postcount=3417

Well actually that's not the only way, I faced that problem with group chats, so what you can do instead of rebooting the phone, just open terminal, as normal user, type
this will give you the top processes running on the N9 (then do ctrl + c to get out of top), look for the one that says wazap (the column on the right) and get its PID (first column on left) then just kill the process using its PID, for exampleCode:top
now you can start wazapp normallyCode:kill 8716
killall wazapp

Ok, so i have tried everything - deleting db file, deleting account. Reboots. Reboots at terminal. Everything guys.
It logs in - it works. I can send messages. My friends receive them. I dont received their responses.
I have logged in and quit the app like 20 times. Each time it goes in - it shows my contacts in chats - with no messages. Then i open and it disappears..
Someone please please help.
PS: I have read the pages and i have tried really hard..

hello!
I had exactly, the same problem like you, when i tried cepi's build 03092012-1225 (because older versions, didn't work anymore) .. I could send, couldn't recieve, and the messages i sent, had the red icon all the time.
I solved it, with ginggs's version: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...postcount=3417
and cepi's version: http://write.keinism.com/2012/09/03/...nload-archive/ (03092012-1225)
this are the steps i did:
- uninstall wazapp (full program, but not the account)
- restart phone
- delete all files in /home/user/.wazapp/ (not the directory)
- install ginggs's version (don't start it!): wazapp_0.2.6-0harmattan4_armel.deb
- restart phone
- start wazapp. If you lucky, you will start recieve all the messages stuck in the server. The only problem i found, was that i had no contacts, and the sync function didn't work. This is why i'd installed cepi's version after.
- quit wazzap (menu > quit)
- install cepi's version (don't start it!): 03092012-1225
- restart phone
- start wazapp
tell me if you solved it

Could you try doing a clean install on 29082012 build, and see if it works? Refer to this for guide: http://write.keinism.com/2012/08/30/...d-and-working/
After you are done, see if things work if you do not sync all your contacts, but only the more frequent ones. I'm trying to get your Wazapp to work minimally first.
I'm guessing that it's the contacts that's stuffing things up, but that's just my wild stab in the dark. If the 29082012 build works fine, then try to update 03092012 over it and see what happens.
