Great improvements in the new version!

I would like to know if in the future Yappari will get optified?

It will be great to have it in the repos as you said.

Inside the .yappari folder there is a folder called 'logs'. There are .dblogs in there wich is your chat history. Not sure if a newly installed Yappari will use them.
Just install Yappari on the flashed device and overwrite these files with your back-upped ones. It should Log you In.
A newly installed Yappari will use them. That's exactly the correct procedure to backup Yappari configuration.
