I think your powertop results are normal for a dormant n900. For example:
From my n900, terminal active with powertop.Code:Total wakeups 1260, 42.0/s | IRQ 974, 32.5/s | Timers 286, 9.5/s HW wakeups 116, 3.9/s | Real gp_timers expired 174, 5.8/s
As Reinob wrote: what is the battery drain you see: 3 hrs etc?
