And to be not so simple ... latest zlib needs patched libxml2

How to install it?

Make sure Nokia and Extras catalogs are enabled in application manager.

Using microb on your n900 click here and follow the instructions on http://wiki.maemo.org/Community_SSU, section Installation, from step 5 on (Hildon Application Manager (HAM) will launch...). cssu-thumb is based on cssu-testing flavor.

If you have kernel-power v51r1 or above, no custom kernel will be installed, as needed errata workaround is included in kernel-power v51r1 (and above)

Definitely it is :P.

libxml2(patched) is build against zlib 1.2.7 and both are included in the update

Could you please upload your syslog to check if there is something suspicious?

Did you try to remove the pairing from the car radio, not from n900?

Anyone? I'm having trouble locating a link for cssu thumb 2... All I see is a change log for 2013 but no link...

I've done all that.. For last hour and everything updated I see I have thumb repos installed but how do I know if I'm running thumb? I can't see anything different apart from the phone being faster..
