It's always possible, but the thing is, app compatibility. Heck, I don't think anyone is ACTIVELY working on this (If someone is, sorry). Anyway, about the app compatibility, do you want the store to be like Google Play, where you can't download the app if it's not compatible? (Maybe you do xD) My point is, this doesn't even have a public beta yet, so until the .deb is released, it's a no no.
