Are you sure you didn't have a chinese copy? 10 average joe users have bought an N9 because of me, and guess what, nobody has complained and love them.

Interesting. I wonder if 80 replies would exist if the OP was male. Besides that, Lubeman i still wonder why you (according to you) acquired 3 N9's.

IIRC you can adjust channels separately with alsamixer.

long story short: I've chilled down and decided to flash this damn thing into open mode (which I didn't before)
just upgrading my laptop, as the perl version doesn't allow the naviperl.pl to download the latest N9 SW version

Perhaps this is because NaviFirm's servers were made no longer public end of last year?
