I fully understand your desperation to get this done, but random, even useful commands will not get you anywhere.
The output from a couple of files you posted does not match at all.

For things to work out, you need a starting point, which we have still no clear picture of.
well i think i did use all commands u asked me to run and gived u the result ..but ok

Guys, I may be mistaken since badro's feedback is so patchy but it seems to me like (s)he has partitioned a partition. I bet (s)he partitioned the CD card by plugging the phone to a USB port. Badro, I suggest you backup whatever data you want to keep on the SD card, take it out from the phone, put it in a card reader and repartition it. Then put it back in the phone and follow the steps from post #76 verbatim, ignoring your own posts.

I have to apologize for my last, (too) short message, i did not intend to offend you or accuse you, sorry!
I was in a hurry and took not the time to elaborate.

Again, i did not at all make it clear, that my intention was to make you check the commands i gave you vs. the commands you tried. Though it seemed clear to me, it obviously makes only sense for me! Sorry!

Back to topic!
Please understand that the solution of the nokia.europe thread does NOT solve the problem of a full rootfs, it only deals with swap and MyDocs

If you have made the backup @pichlo wisely suggested to you, please try to give the output file of the last command i gave you. The device /dev/mmcblk1 is the complete external card. We want the info from that device, NOT from the first partition of this device that you are using in the posts you did.

There is a Backup application built in. It builds an archive with your contacts, conversations, setting, bookmarks and a list of the installed applications for a reinstall if necessary. May be you will not need all of this backed up, nevertheless, better save than sorry, the space increase is moderate for a backup with all the options. Store this on the microSD card and then copy the whole content of the card to your PC.

badro_ron, sfdisk -d /dev/mmcblk1 > /media/mmc1/table instead:
sfdisk -d /dev/mmcblk1 > /media/mmc1/ (space) table
Have you read message? Your flash error is caused by wrong name.
