Why do you so urgently need it ?
Unless, you plan to cross-compile some applications
GTK and QT are quite similar, and a wrappper have been made (almost) I have seen.

Unfortunately,The source code page was shut down.I can't update the gtk by Terminal.

replacing the rpository with:
Updated: this repo may work, I successfuly installed
apt-get install gtk20-110n
(have some dependensies, you can apt-get -f install after to force install those)
