How do you tell them apart?
Very few are named like that. Most of those mentioned earlier I've not ever heard of, and I live in NY. (Though not NYC.)

The real reason most of the stuff is cheep is the US is a "buyer beware" country. If you buy something and it breaks a day later, the seller, in most cases, has 0 liability or obligation. Some may help you out, to keep a good reputation. But unless you have a written warranty, you have no warranty, at all. If you do get a warranty with something, it often comes with a separate wagon to hull the legal document home, despite being printed in 5 point font. Expect lots of exceptions, limits, and very little actual "coverage".

Cheep tech sounds great, until you have that tech die on you a month in, and find out your "warranty" doesn't cover it or expired 2 days ago. Then that tech just cost you 2x when/if you get another one. Not quite the deal it's being made to be...

I would like to live in the US just for the fact that tech (and even cars) are very affordable...

I wanted to buy a LED tv, but here they are expensive, I found a good prince on E-Bay from USA, brand new, unopened, but when I calculated the final prince (product + delivery) it was the same price as in the stores here...

Same with other various electronics, I even saw people GIVING away some stuff, with you only paying the delivery (but only inside the US)...

Second-hand cars also are a few hundred dollars...

Maybe it's a good way of like living like that, knowing that when your tv, phone, car or whatever broke, you can also afford a new one, and still live good...

Wi-fi only, white 16gb internal storage is about $379 USD right now, lesser if on sale or combined with coupons.

Thank you. Unfortunately I wasn't clear. I meant the 2014 version. Wifi
only. Would it be possible to get it before the first of October?

What Coupons?

It's not released yet. So no. Not answer on the price nor availability.

What Coupons?
A lot of stores have in-store coupons for the brick and mortar places, otherwise (Staples has them constantly), online places like Buy.com or Frys has online coupons as well.

Online or in the store. For instance, I'm looking at a Staples e-mail (newsletter) that has a $30 coupon for any tablet. So I take that coupon ID number and show them the screen on my phone with the e-mail or I tell them about the coupon since I'm a newsletter subscriber and they apply it.
