They [DHL] wait 6 months and if no-one collects a package it gets destroyed. Worldwide policy apparently.

With the current shipping rate there is no chance in hell they'll deliver mine (#4121 ) to the Netherlands by early Monday morning and afterwards there will be no one to pick it up before Jan 9th, and I won't get my hands on it before late Feb, if even then.

I should probably ask Jolla not to deliver it at all and to prioritize those few with higher order numbers than mine - I'd rather have somebody else enjoying their Jolla than it waiting for me in a dusty postal warehouse. I don't want to cancel my order, far from it, just to postpone the delivery.

I know, it's my favorite saying. I'm always saying "Natal é quando um homem quiser" whatever it means and however I should pronounce it.

It is true that the order sequence seems quite random, although web store order number has some relevance it seems - most under-1500 seem to be under way from both sequences, whereas many over-3000 are nowhere to be seen.

Nevertheless, they must know how many they have shipped, how many they ship each day and how many are left. This would allow them to report percentage done, percentage left and estimates percentage points per day progress. This could be very helpful for people wanting to know how long is there possibly to go vis-a-vis especially Christmas.
