if your Jolla device installed the ambience with that TOH, then if you change the account, you cant be able download again, ever in xterminal.
This situation mostly happened with 2nd hand Jolla device.

I do understand you, but you don't seem to understand me

What I'm saying is that changing Jolla account cannot be the sole reason of ambience not working.

I have never changed any account yet I'm having this problem.

i had to set my language to english before i was able to install at least the first one theme

I've tried to install via terminal, terminal says it installs but there's nothing on my phone.

I have downloaded the RPM and installed via file manager, says it is installed but there is nothing on the phone

Everytime I snap it on it says error with store....annoying :/

When I switch TOHs ambiance works *except* for the associated ringtones i.e. the original standard tones are still in operation.

What am I missing?

Very strange, a few days after downloading the ambiences and installing them, they've finally shown up in my ambiences folder

* Snow white - come without sounds
* After installation, run this command as ROOT instead reboot to see your ambiences in gallery:

systemctl-user restart ambienced.service
* To use "the-first-one" sounds when you not use this ambience, just copy them to the system:

cp -f /usr/share/ambience/ambience-the-first-one/sounds/* /usr/share/sounds/jolla-ringtones/stereo

Hi long time no seen
If someone wants to get white TOH working via official way (Jolla zendesk) here is how:
Please provide us with the ID of your TOH in order to get it working.

Here are the instructions for how to get the TOH ID:
- open the phone application
- choose 'Enter phone number' from the pulley menu
- type *#*#310#*#*
- an application called the CSD tool will appear
- tap the 'single test'
- scroll down until you can see the text NFC and tap on that
- Write down the 14 digit code that you can see below the 'NFC tag' text
- send this 14 digit code to us by replying to this message
