Has anyone tried www.joopz.com for a text messaging solution? Anyone want to report on it and let us know if it works on the N810?

Anyone? It is just a website where you can sign up and receive (and send) free text messages through an internet browser. I'm just wondering if the N810's browser will support it.

Why would you want it?? But I'll try going there...

Edit:
Yes, it works... But why not just use your phone via BT?

Phonelink only works for phones that support that type of bluetooth data connection. Most non-smartphone phones don't support it so phonelink won't work.

My Nokia N75 will allow it but My Samsung Sync won't.

AOL IM supports sending texts to regular phones. Just get an AIM account and add a contact with the number. +13105551234 or the such.

Yep, I haven't been able to use phonelink with my Razr, alas. Makes me think about getting a Nokia...
