Are they going to use last year's quad core chips? or is the wait due to waiting for the hexacore chips coming out later this year?

I don't mind if it's last years quad core , as long as it has a minor speed up than most phones from 2013.

CPU + GPU + DSP + Modem = 4
You may call it quad-core, Motorola did it with their X8 chip
