Bah. His addition was wrong. Not all countdowns are based on dates. Mine is a goal.

The goal is not important. It's the journey that is important:

I think the goal might be:

1. Gerbick will leave TMO forever.
2. It's a fake countdown. Nothing will happen.
3. Gerbick will be a full time troll at TMO.
4. Gerbick will be a father.
5. It will be the end of the world.
6. Gerbick will buy a MTB.
7. Gerbick's jolla will arrive to his doorstep.
8. Gerbick will get married.
9. Gerbick will post a selfie at TMO.
10. Gerbick will come out as Stephan Elop.

any other suggestions?

How about Gerbick will start a new countdown. Although that seems more appropriate guess for Dave999...

All dead end alleys. With the exception of #2, they are all time-based, which gerbick patently said his countdown is not. Try harder.

gerbick, should that not be 1011? Or is that too ambitious for a goal?

Incorrect. Several of them could be a goal. You just have to set it as a goal and then try to reach it. But ok. I don'. Want to argue semantics.
