Could you link these stats to clickable world map below?

Could https://openrepos.net/publishers display publishers with at least one application published?

Awesome stuff,

Much of this granularity you're starting to build into OpenRepos/Warehouse would be quite useful to Jolla.
I'm sure they have similar meta-data garnered from their own web infra, but do you actively share this data (& more) with them, or are you not comfortable with that?

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly
You are asking if I can pass stats data to Jolla (I.e. to help determine jphone demand in regions)?
Or the tech-way stats are aggregated/processed?
I guess they have own specialists for that
Anyway, probably I can collaborate, but seems like nobody interested.

Might be worthwhile to reach out to them about it, I'm sure they'd be very grateful
Especially if they haven't been doing much of it themselves, but your call of course!

Although there is already a repository infrastructure for the N900, it has become obsolete in some aspects.

Now there is a Thumb version of CSSU (which I guess many users have) that is built with newer toolchain. Being able to distribute applications for this Maemo flavour is becoming more and more critical.

But as the official infrastructure don't allow to upload applications depending on stuff not available in the autobuilder, this has become a total mess with applications floating around.

I think that OpenRepos could perfectly work as a solution for this issue, providing personal repositories that would allow developers to distribute thumbified applications, or applications that require a newer toolchain or components not available in the official repositories.

Custodian, do you think that it would be possible to enable an instance of OpenRepos for the N900? Even without the Warehouse application (that might work through mecolay) it would be an absolute improvement over current situation.

Yes, that could be done.

@ivgalvez - actually nothing prevents adding another build target in the autobuilder, we only miss a decision
