Between this post and the quoted there should be a deleted post with deletion notice visible... if not... I need to check on your group settings but I added "active users" too so that covers 99% of properly registered people now - some folks never went past the email verification and as we do not enforce it... they be in a limbo group being able to post etc but thats about it

And this seems to be an example what happens with deleted threads:
- top half is on my normal session when I'm logged in,
- bottom half is same list but as guest user

Is there the way to get notification as well when own post is deleted or edited by someone else?

Pichlo is right, I tried to find a plugin or even a dirty hack on how we may have an edit/removal notification set up but that seems to be requested in the vB forums a lot but never been answered.
