Im not going to have my own apathy and lack of "thanking" used against me, to bolster some on else s argument (even if they may be right). im not happy for my negativity to be used in a such a positive way.

When a heard so many negative news last weeks, I decidet to redeem My investment in Jolla Tablet over PayPal.
After one week of negotiations I've got My money back.
That tell us, there is still money in Jolla company (at least 300€).

Afterall I'm very positively surprised I've got all My money back.

I don t know if i should congratulate you for getting the money back or not. I feel weird these days about any news from / about Jolla cause after all i am one of the #300 lucky bastards to receive their tablet. To make things 100% sure i even drove to the customs / DHL clearance at Helsinki airport to get it asap.

Am i happy about the tablet? Definetly if i see the other 12.000 who have neither their toy nor the money back. Ask me about the device and i have mixed emotions too. Only with the help of the community (esp. llectronics & Larswad) i could install video player and codec to watch something when travelling on the plane. Apps from the Jolla store are limited and openrepos for the i486 is still in progress. But for me the biggest blunder is the headphone jack. I cant understand how you can **** that up. The Lastu case wont stand if a headphone is plugged in. What a fail (and i believe Last is not to blame cause they could have easily inverted the design if they knew).

So overall i guess all 300 owners or so have the tablet but now nearly nothing to isntall on (if you are not so keen on Android apps) and have to wait that more backers receive theirs and the community is starting to develop. If Jolla goes bankrupt and the tablet will never be delivered i probably have to either learn coding or use Android....

Unfortunately, there really wasn't any concrete new data this week. But, at least Jolla does still exist. Next meeting will be next Wednesday (the 9th).

I have paid for Tablet 22.sept 2015 over PayPal.
I'm not proud of that. BUT. if Jolla will start delivering tablets again, I'll pay again .

Be proud, it was a lot of money to some people (myself incuded!)
