But the last info that only a flashing from mobillife can help is the last possibility.
So here the problem i bought an used Jolla1 from the ebay platform.
The seller tells me that is something wrong with the phone.
But the price was good.
So the device dont regard any sim.
The device was factory reset to 1.0.8.
So i think i would login to my jolla account and update to the last Software Version.
But jolla account fails with IMEI cant read or similar.
So i looked under system / Product info :
under IMEI the field is blank.
What i tried : Software Reset under Menu else Recoverymode also Device Reset and Filesystem Repair.
also Option 4 with shell and mount the rootfs.
Developer Mode is without jolla account not possible.
Any advice what can i do ?

zendesk wrote me that with developer account a possibility exists to get back IMEI...
