The article does not say it will be supported either. It mentions Xperia XA2 in a confusing manner, leading to various open interpretations, including that XA2 is the only supported device.
At the same time with the Sailfish 3 early access release we’ll also start to offer Sailfish X for certain Sony Xperia XA2 devices.

Sorry I'm a little behind the times, but if you get the appropriate Xperia device to flash Sailfish, do you have to pay a license fee? If so, how much is the fee? Also, are older Jolla devices (assuming they get 3.0) grandfathered in so you don't have to pay?
