Hmm, what about using http instead of https? I had the same issue before though, but my N9 is long dead

It seems that the server will force https
I have disabled forcing, check if apt-get works for you.

Without It gcc is Not available.
The site is still alive and connectable.But apt-get keeps reporting error.
