it frezes on this one part of megaman battle network 5.. ik this is a beta but i hope this kinda stuff will get fixed soon on a update..... any ideas how to fix?

did you go under the drop-down menue and go to configuration> hardware options and check 14 bit eeprom chip and uncheck check cart cmp and enter done? It usually worked when i had a problem with running some of my games.

You have to keep in mind that it is an emulator, not a real GBA, so it is not guaranteed to run all the games correctly. Aside from that, following the suggestion about flipping the 6bit/14bit EEPROM type is a good idea.

fms i was wondering... if i could get a save state from my computer on to my n800 so i could skip the part that freezes but i dont know how to create a save state... i dont have vgba on my computer.. so...

This may work, although I have not tested if ARM and i386 save state files are compatible (they are not guaranteed to be). I do not even know if the VGBA-Windows can run your game at the first place. VGBA-Windows is a commercial program, you can get a copy from http://fms.komkon.org/VGBA.
