mCalendar was specifically written to support Google Calendar sync.

Keep in mind that according to the author, it's still an alpha software, but I thought it worked pretty well

(Note, as of the last time I tried it, it only synced one calendar, but this wasn't a problem for me)

mCalendar works very well for me too.

Yes, only accepts one calendar. I hope Khertan will update it to manage several calendars soon.

mCalendar 0.2.6 is now available in extras repository.

The home applet HomeCalendar is also available, so you have also a desktop applet for it showing your events.

KHertan, your software is great! Do you know when it will take into account repeating events? I can't see them neither in HomeCalendar nor in mCalendar...

Cheers,
Pablo

Thanks for your super-fast answer! "About" says 0.2.9 for mCalendar. I'm using Diablo on an N810.

Have you found/fixed the issue with recurrance that I pointed out in the other thread (re: 'all day events' not showing at all, and non-'all day events' only show once on the original import date, but not on any of the repeating dates)? I hadn't seen a new mCalendar release since I reported those issues...

ah.. okay.. cool. I assume the spiffy new functionality of my Diablo installation should notify me of this shortly after I connect to the 'net again. I'll let ya know how it goes.

This version look prettier.

Unfortunately, it does not work well. I created one event but it did not appear in mCalendar (but it was there, because it appeared in the home applet).

I rebooted and now the home applet says: "Error while connecting to db : argument of type 'NoneType' is not iterable'

Thanks.
