Hi two quick questions about the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, firstly i just want to check that you can draw on a 770, dose it have the same sketch programme as the n800 and n810? Secondly dose anyone know if there is a big warehouse with lots of 770's being stored in it. I'd quite like to get in touch with the warehouse manager if you have their details.

Thanks

ddw

i want to buy them all, well i'd obviously try and get them for free first. I'm doing a big project and need to find that 770 warehouse.

I'm sure someone is paying rent or property taxes for the use of a warehouse full of 770s that they are willing to give away for free.

But who is that 'someone'. The project I'm doing is working with some clever people at forum Nokia with some clever thing they are doing, so it's an 'worthy' cause.

I'm waiting to hear back from them, but I just thought that you lot might know the location of the 770 warehouse. It might speed the process up if I forward that onto the FN people.

I've got the location, a military-grade GPS receiver I "picked-up" somewhere, and some heavy weaponry. I just need a few more pairs of eyes and arms, and we can take and empty the warehouse in an hour!

Having a brief study of economics, I can say that there probably is not a huge warehouse of 770s.

Reasons:

It was a experiment by Nokia. They did not expect the # of sales they got. So, my bet is that they were made in small batches. This means supply into the warehouse was either a little higher or equal to the supply out, so very little shelf life.

Its hella old, so holding 770s in a warehouse (if there was one) would be very expensive. Think about it, there are no more new 770s, and almost no one is buying them. They are not covered under warranty anymore, etc.. No one is going to buy them from the warehouse (aside from you, moshing, who the warehouse owners did not predict), so it might be more cost effective to actually destroy the 770s and free up shelf space for them iPhones. Take a hit in the short-run, and profit in the long.

Hope you find it though...
