nice surprise when i came here this morning. i'm happy with it. (i like changes, you know )

one problem i see right now while typing this:
even with the browser in fullscreen mode, the area for typing a post ("advanced") is cut off on the right. my nick and the emoticons don't show completely. they're hidden by the vertical menu and the "active topics".

no other conplaints so far

Hmm. What browser and version are you using? Would you mind taking a screenshot?

Thanks.

Please, let us (me?) have back the text-only theme, too. I don't give an eurocent for all this colours and rounded corners and bars and css and the so. Sorry, I don't want to be rude, and I apologize if Ihave been: of course I appreciate the hard work to craft a pleasant appearance, but I'm really down with the absence of the "mobile" theme.

I prefer plain text, no bgcolor or plain white... and not because I'm a diehard geek... but in my opinion is much more readable and relaxing.
Shouldn't too hard to implement - just throw away all decorations

First impression: very good!

- Loads decently fast even in a data connection, although it looks like improvements can be done in the way elements load. Anyway, much lighter compared to the previous default.

- Looks good in Maemo 5 Actually I thought the right column would be a hassle but it's not. Fine tuning might be needed to deal with big resized images, but good for now.

- Search and New Posts shopuld be the 1st and second item in the right colum, so they are visible and easy to click, never needing a scroll down.

- It looks like a lot of vertical space can be saved by optimizing the elemhts and bloank spaces in the boxes. Now there is probably excessive "air" creating at the end a lot of extra scroll down.

- Something good about the Minimalistic theme that could be adpted in the main one are the big links to jump to other tread pages. The "< 1, 2, 3, 4 >" are not always easy to fit with a finger and they are used all the time.

- Like with the maemo.org layout, I think that something different than orange should be used for the plain text links. Otherwise the whole thing looks a lot like orange.

Cool stuff, congratulations!

It was quite a surprise when I went to the forum this morning, I thought I'd clicked the wrong link! That said, I'm prepared to see how it works.

One thing that is missing is a link to the first unread post for each thread, in the contents list for each subforum (.e.g on the http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...splay.php?f=16 page). The old theme had it, and it's the one I use most both here and on other forums.

ETA: It seems the number showing the total posts for the thread is the link I'm after, so it is there, it just wasn't obvious that's what it was.

It is going to take some getting used to. I've been using the "classic" theme for the past year, because I don't like "fancy stuff" either...

EDIT: Hey! My avatar is even SMALLER! Boo.

EDIT2: Meh, my "Thanks" are gone, too. I miss that. I'm so vain.

It seems quite faster to open thread that used current theme. but i'd like have multi-theme for different people. How many guys browse it whit N8x0? now, i used PC. So, i'd like to see other theme could be choose.

The New posts list seems to be missing a link to the latest unread post. The arrow only goes to the last post of the thread. This makes following threads a lot harder.

Agreed. The theme is a nice size for an n8x0, and reasonably finger-friendly, but just too big on a PC. Another forum I read lists 22 threads in the space that I get 12 on this new theme.

See my post above; the number of replies is the link to the first unread post. No, it isn't obvious.
