The client is available for several processor architectures but not for that used in NITs (arm). You should ask those people to port their client to arm, maybe they'll do to enlarge their potential customers.

Packages DEB and RPM are built for specific processors Linux distrobutions. Alien will convert RPM to DEB but the package may not work. Even a DEB package prepared for say Ubuntu Linux may not work on all Debian Linux distributions.

I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to do with this software but you may want to look into x11 forwarding and VNC.

A quick check of that .rpm reveals (as expected):
>file ggw.rpm
ggw.rpm: RPM v3 bin i386 ggw-3.2.1-4389

I.e. it's for x86, not for ARM, and thus cannot be used at all on the Nokia Internet Tablet.

Hey can you just download general ARM apps and run 'em? (Provided you can make a .deb)?

You could of course try. You might have issues with available libraries. ARM aps writen for a different destop might operate inconsistent with the Hildon GUI feel of the tablet.
