WTF???

* My Nokia device does not send and receive multimedia messages (MMS), what can I do?

Contact your operator or service provider to confirm:

1. Data plan is activated on your SIM card.
2. The MMS settings (for example, MMS access point) are correct in your device.
3. Roaming is activated when you are not in your home network.

Note: If an MMS has been sent to you, but your Nokia device does not receive it, your operator or service provider may send you a link to a web site where you can view the MMS from a compatible computer.
Tell me this is a joke. PLEASE!

They just copy-pasted the FAQ entries from somewhere.

I would advise you to take it that way. It's easier on the walls. And your forehead.

No, it means someone's ballsed-up the FAQ.

I went out. I couldn't sit here looking at that. It's pretty clear someone just copy/pasted the FAQ from other n-series devices.

Makes me worry that Nokia don't actually know what they have created.

Yes sad they just copied it, but a part of it is true, I checked with my operator and they send out codes for each mms so I can view them in the broswer

That's similar to what O2(UK) did when iPhone didn't have MMS.
You can still receive MMS, they just send you a link with a code. You browse to the link and enter the code to see the MMS.
