* My Nokia device does not send and receive multimedia messages (MMS), what can I do?
Contact your operator or service provider to confirm:
1. Data plan is activated on your SIM card.
2. The MMS settings (for example, MMS access point) are correct in your device.
3. Roaming is activated when you are not in your home network.
Note: If an MMS has been sent to you, but your Nokia device does not receive it, your operator or service provider may send you a link to a web site where you can view the MMS from a compatible computer.

I would advise you to take it that way. It's easier on the walls. And your forehead.
