So I did the stupid mistake of formatting my card is there any way to reformatt it and gain my space back?

Could you be more specific how you formatted it? I'm assuming it's a FAT filesystem of one type or another. You could always hook it to a windows PC via USB and reformat it that way.

Thanks for your replyI got it fix... I had to flash my Kernel to sppurt 4GIG 150x.
