The guy was only mildly irritated when I burst into laughter. When I explained to him that he was my first call on my brand new N900, laughed, too. He even offered to call me back later if I wanted some quality time with the new toy instead of talking to him
Oh dear.
(He couldn't solve my problem, though. He only confirmed it's a known issue with Ovi and they have no information on how to solve it other than deleting all settings and re-entering them sometimes helps. Sometimes.)
