Physical buttons 1-6 in a horizontal row in car stereos are placed there because:
- It's easy to save a station without looking at the stereo
- Physical buttons give tactile feedback and can be found easily without looking at the stereo

It doesn't make sense to arbitrarily limit the number of stations you can save just in order to emulate a car stereo interface using a touch screen. The current UI is really easy to figure out, there is no need to change it again.

One thing that would be nice to have is when you tap and hold the bottom button while the frequency scale selector is at an unsaved station position, then it should automatically save that position as a station (exactly like a single physical button on a car stereo would do).

I'd like a six favorites option too.

Am I doing something wrong or is the "find all available radio channels" feature not yet integrated to the devel version?

Is it possible to get some RDS functionality in the software ? So that it can display song name, artist etc ?

You're doing nothing wrong. It's simply not there yet.

it does ?? How do I see it ? All I'm seeing is the main screen where I tune the radio station. Also, since it automatically starts up Bluetooth, does it turn it off when the app is closed ? If so, it does not do that for me. I have to manually turn off bluetooth every time I exit Radio app.

I'm using Fm Radio version 2009.12.19

It turns off Bluetooth after a few seconds. It can take up to 20 seconds, but then it will turn it off.
If you don't see RDS text then that could mean that either the station doesn't send some, or reception is not good enough for receiving it.

What happened to volume controls? Since today's update, you can't control volume without going away from the app...

will it possible in the near future to change the audio output method? it is really annoying when other app use the audio output, and the radio app stops the audio playback for some seconds, or simply mutes itself forever.

kmplayer works correctly, you can listen to music while other app plays sound using the same output.
