Bug report:
The menu colour doesn't update when changing theme. I.e. Set Digital Nature theme -> Install Catorise (orange menu items) -> Set Nokia NSeries theme -> Still orange menu items, should be blue.
I can get the menu to change colour by doing /opt/catorise/catorise configure.

However, many of my apps aren't getting categorised. Xournal, Conky, the emulators, Panucci, and others only appear in the 'All' category. I tried reinstalling Conky and now it does appear in the correct place, but I really don't want to reinstall everything.
