People are not the issue. It's what they are told to say. I spendany hours
asking them why I can not connect when E71 and E51 can and they gave me all sort of lies......

It's amazing that the guy spends more efforts arguing on the internet when he's clearly stated that he was going to return the device (or already did, I didn't bother reading the thread) than ever before.

Your original point was about the number of Indians you had to talk to so are we loosing the point here? What was the point of the original statement then?
All call centres are run from a script nowadays - they don't had dedicated staff as they are normally running multiple clients call centres. A trend I believe that your country started btw.

My thread is still on target. However a bunch of Nokia apologizers feel that consumer should be blamed for deception propagated by Nokia.
Well, I was told to talk to Nokia about finding out on provisioning. Their customer care was truly inhelpful
