hi everyone.

I am triyng to open a rtf document generated by a php program.

For this I tried to use kooffice, but it says that it can not recognize the format.

Does someone knows if it is possible to configure it in order that this work fine?

If not, someone could tell me how to contact with koffice project crew, in orde to help the to develop such filter.

Best Regards!!!

In the mean time you could you OpenOffice.org from the EasyDebian package.

Can't help with KOffice, but one possibility might be an editor called Tea, which is available through Easy Debian.

It can read rtf documents, but cannot write them. It only saves plain text.

You can make a shortcut to open that file directly with OpenOffice from the Maemo desktop. That would open it in less than 1 minute. Not supper fast, but at least it gets you there. Let us know if you find a better solution.
