My weak old eyes are an advantage! They mean that I can hold the N900 closer to my face. If you are far-sighted, it's a different story.

For someone to complain that the N900 is not a PC enough experience just means they really haven't done any research or even attempted to unlock the real potential of this little computer.
These problems are just the natural order of something that can be messed with by anyone. If Nokia was the one pulling all the strings on this phoen there would be a ground for people to complain. Alas this is not the case. This phone is open, and glorious because of it.
So stop wasting your time complaining about what YOU can't get it to do, and start searching this forum for all the possibilities.

Not suitable every time or for everyone. In my case at home/friends and work I could connect the phone to the TV +Keyboard and Mouse.without carrying any of them.
Again not practical when on the train.
Pros and Cons. Every product or idea has one and this one is no different.
