fdisk doesn't seem to be available on the extras repo.
I tried apt-get install fdisk
but it says "Coulden't find package fdisk"

Do I need to add it to sources.list? If so what would be the address?

Thanks

What are you trying to achieve? Are you talking about fdisk from the MSDOS world or something else?

No. I'm talking Linux fdisk. I'm trying to partition my drive.

cfdisk is available in extras-devel, which is a touch risky. It can be installed via the console.

Why can't I just install fdisk? This is Linux, isn't it?

This guy seems to have something. I'll give it a try: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...225#post548225
