What do you do about backup-ing settings, apps, contacts etc? I'm guessing it will remove them all..?

Have you actually managed to have a Skype conversation over T-Mobile 3g? Mine works fine over wifi but on 3g it is basically unaudible, just constantly flickering on and off. Been meaning to make a thread about it asking other's experience but haven't got round to it.

Yeah, I've done it quite a bit. Over 3G all over the UK (Manchester and surrounding areas, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow and London and most of the south-east). That being said, London sucked most -- too many connections?
Here in Australia I get a better ping on Skype over 3G than regular mobile call when dialing very long distance (Oz to UK/Europe, or Canada/US)
