I have checked HD2 and ran the IE, I went to Yahoo Finance to check the flash stock charts but it was not able to run that. It did not load it at all , It showed me a grey area which had a '9' icon on it. some one can tell me as discussed where is flash support in Hd2, it there?

Actually you can't install Skype on HD2 (or any other Windows Mobile device), at least from official sources. (...)
HD2 has bigger screen, but the same resolution as N900, 800x480.
... Internet Explorer Mobile supports Flash, but offers an overall poorer browsing experience. So I think you will have to use both in daily life, choosing on a website-by-website basis.
...and the Maemo OS which makes it very similar to a Linux PC capability-wise.

Anyway, you can install a Skype-compatible client. Fring does a very good job.
N900 has the best browser I ever tried on a mobile device. The closest thing to a PC. But Opera on HD2 is very good too. The only caveat is that it does not support Flash natively. Internet Explorer Mobile supports Flash, but offers an overall poorer browsing experience. So I think you will have to use both in daily life, choosing on a website-by-website basis.
HD2 is an impressive smartphone and has more mature software than N900 (my brother has HD2 so I could try it a little). The N900 advantages include the keyboard, better camera and speakers, TV-out, more storage memory and the Maemo OS which makes it very similar to a Linux PC capability-wise.
