@MohammadAG

I need a clarification please. So now that the "More" icon is gone it means that all apps now are listed in a Huge list on main Menu?

Even if that is the case, you *should* be able to create folders e.g. games, apps, useful stuff etc etc so it shouldnt be much of a probblem unless folders are missing

Yes this is what I want to know. I am not complaining, but I need to know what to expect.

Also @MohammadAG can you activate and operate the device's browser in portrait mode in SDK? If yes can you tell me if portrait mode browsing is full functional now? If the address bar is there, the back button etc? Because in PR 1.1 portrait mode was only for viewing the page.

All apps are dumped in the main menu (sad, I know)
Can't comment on the browser.
Unless someone tells me how to get it into portrait mode.
Starting mce in terminal gives:
mce: Cannot acquire service: Connection ":1.88" is not allowed to own the service "com.nokia.mce" due to security policies in the configuration file
mce: Failed to initialise D-Bus

Edit: Added no. 14.

Application Manager seems faster to use, not sure if this is related to the SDK.

Edit: IT'S WAY FASTER NOW

Edit2: recorded a video, it's a quick shot, quickly rendered and quickly uploaded, shows how fast the app manager and how the search function works.

Wow the speed improvement is amazing in App manger, is this because you're running on core i5 CPU?

I'm not really sure, but I highly doubt it. I started hildon-application-manager from terminal and didn't see what was output on the N900.

Double of the size that is.. 512Mb is not even yet be the largest. It is still 1GB coming up. Technology is always evolving and improving.
And a software update is supposed to refrot fit suface mounted hardware how?
