so, if you use the lockdaemon software and want to change the sound of the open and close:
find the sounds you want for open and for close (i have tried it with transformers sounds and star wars light saber) and make sure they are mp3 files.
save them to any folder you want.
open xterminal, type:
sudo gainroot
then enter.
then type:
mc
then enter
go to:
root/home/opt/lockdown
chose "file/cHmod" and put an "x" in all the boxes except for the top 3, then "set"
now open the folder by hitting enter
tap on right side and scroll to /Mydocs/.sounds/Slide Clips/"folder name" (i have the files in folders stored in my "n900/Audio clips/Slide Clips folder"
highlight the file you want (they have to be named "open" for the slide up sound, and "close" for the slide down sound)
tap on "5 Copy" at the bottom.
tap "ok"
then it will confirm you want to write over the existing file, select "yes"
do the same for the other file and the sounds you want are done.
