just ignore the post or author if your not happy. no-one is forcing u all to read the thread!

its that simple..and i agree far too many people are trying to play mod and should really get a life!

no that is why you have report buttons and moderators otherwise everyone would be deleting posts etc.

that is how forums works..if u dont like it you can report it...

I love my N900.....so much better than my omnia......yes I would like the update as well (I am in the uk and on Vodafone - so not expecting it), this by far the best phone I HAVE HAD . So thankyou NOKIA

Yes & yes. If you'd like to ignore me:
Click on my username on the left. On the drop-down click "View public profile". On the next screen click where it says "User lists" then click "Add to Ignore list" (it may be somewhat different for you, I use the Classic Light theme).

Again: we are largely self-moderating. That's not arguable-- it is the way it is by design. We try to avoid escalating issues if possible. Overall, it's better if cooler heads from the community lead by example and admonish others who cross the line than for a handful of moderators such as myself interfere in every single entanglement.

EDIT: "self moderating" does not automatically mean every member has moderator abilities. Rather, it refers to ensuring decorum.
