Writing to the flash memory is slow? I've seen speeds of 10MB/s easy when copying files over USB onto the internal flash, thats ~80Mb/s and should easily be able to cope with a wifi connection...

Hi all,
I have a 30mbits connection at home (verified) and connecting from my laptop via WLAN I can easily get ~22mbits (WPA2, WirelessG)
Connecting with my N900, be it to this AP or to any other (e.g. Public ones that I know are very fast) I cannot get past 5mbits download.
What's the matter? Conky tells me I am connected at 54mb/s and quality is good, so...
Anyone seen similar behaviour?
Cheers,
J
