Fiasco is the firmware and vanilla is emmc.
First one will give you a new firmware and the second will give you a clean storage (emmc)
I know you allready have the new firmware but you are a bit worrid about doing it wrong then i suggest that you start over again hence the post i made earlier

Well you can just flash the fiasco one again and without booting flash the emmc one right after
Fiasco is the firmware and vanilla is emmc.
