Install an application that will allow you to add another gprs connection.
The application is called fAPN

then you just need to set the settings to be:
internet2.voicestream.com
(for those that are using 10 dollars)

or epc.tmobile.com (for those that are using 24.95 or 30 dollars plan)

and you will be good to go.

I flashed PR1.2 and had immediate tmobile access, better than ever. I had been using the leaked 1.2. I'm also using the overclocking kernel, perfect, no issues so far.

That happened with me
(O2 PAYG in the UK)
I put in the WAP setting instead of the mobileweb settings that I used before and it worked, not sure what my speed was on mobileweb but on WAP it is .4Mb/sec

It has happened to me too.

I have asked the operator to send me the settings through SMS. I have received it and now it is in the Internet connection choices but the connection fails..

Really bizarre, it has been working with no prob all these months now.

Did you backup before upgrading and restore afterward?

I backed-up, though I did not restore, but the settings have not changed so I'm not sure why is does not work, even inputting the settings I used before doesn't work

Just a 'me too', not to feel alone man

I did the OTA so the settings doesn't need to be restored.

BTW, I'm not in O2 or the UK, so it doesn't seem to be related to the provider (?)

I'm having a somewhat similar issue on T-Mo US. When trying to connect to the internet APN the connection fails immediately and the APN disappears from my list of available connections.

Amazingly as I was typing this I heard the e-mail received tone. Connection lasted for about 3 minutes and disappeared again.

This worked like a charm. Thanks!
