I also have issue with O2 and fmms.
However I had the issue after the fmms upgrade to version 1.0.x
Before then it worked (mostly)
I don't think it's PR1.2 that has broken it, however ... maybe some of the libs were needed with fmms1.0.0 so possibly related?
I have removed fAPN (and not reinstalled since PR1.2 clean flash) as I believe it is not required anymore.

Dont think you can send via B/band,has to be GPRS mobile data connection.... I have vodafone UK and FMMS works fine, I dont use an extra APN, its not required...

fmms needs to be updated to version 1.0.3 it can be updated by adding the extras devel repository. It now works fine for me on O2 UK.

Hrm... when I said 1.0.x I meant since 1.0.0 and all the versions since including my nice new 1.0.3...
What are your settings?

just sent one now. are you on O2 contract or O2 prepay. I'm on contract. i have fmms set to havoc and size set to medium.
access point is wap.o2.co.uk
MMSC is http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002
user name is o2wap
password is password
proxy is 193.113.200.195
proxy port is 8080
in advanced everything is blank
