I downloaded both Canola & TVersity to my PC and then copied them to my RS-MMC Card, via card reader - when I plug the card reader back into my iTab (Nokia 770), the files don't show up for some reason...?

How do I properly install Canola & TVersity?

Thank you...

The easiest way to install Canola is to use the one click install; use wifi to connect your device to the internet and go to http://openbossa.indt.org/canola/, then click on the green "one click install for all devices" icon at the top of the page, the rest of the install process is straightforward - hence "one click", it definitely works as I used it to install Canola on my 770 this morning.

Let us know how you get on

OK, thanks...

I found the items on my card but I went ahead and downloaded and installed Canola, like you told me to - thanks!

What about TVersity and playing SIRIUS Internet Radio on my iTab?

I've never used SIRIUS or TVersity I'm afraid, maybe someone else can shed some light?

How do you get TVersity working on the Nokia 770 to even allow the testing of the Sirius Internet Radio Player?

TVersity works off your PC not your Tablet...All need to do is go to the site, download and install, share some folders and Canola will see it under shared.

I am running it off my PC, but it says: "Cannot Connect To Server"...

How do I get started?

(Thanks!)

Do you have any folders shared? Is the service running? Is the MediaServer.exe in your firewalls "whitelist"? A good way to check almost all of these things it to hit up the setup page on your computer (http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:41952/) and click on Library and see if anything is listed...

If none of this info leads you in the right direction. I'm also on the TVersity forums with many other people to see what is going on...

Well, I downloaded the program, installed the program to my PC.

I am running the program, but it says "Unable To Connect To Server, Please Make Sure It's Running..."

I have added the program to my Firewall's permitted program list and added the TCP & UDP ports to "41952"...

I try to add my Music & Movies folder to the "Add Media" tab, but I get the error message: "Unable To Connect To Server, Please Make Sure It's Running..."

I only played with TVersity for a short while but I thought that after installation it automatically started the server upon your next pc restart/boot? In any case, I think that there should be a little square icon "TV" in your taskbar (I am referring to Windows XP - don't know what you have). If it is red, the server is not running. If green, it is. I seem to recall you can right click on the icon and possibly start the server. Otherwise, if you go to the TVersity program listing in the Start menu, there should be a submenu labeled "TVersity Tools" where there is a shortcut to start the server.
