This is actually a great tip, I installed and used this app to disable the red LED during the recording of videos... BUT I was talking about desabling the red light on the BACK SIDE of the device (where the photo flash normally resides)! Any solution to that problem? BTW, how can I revert my changes done with the LED Patterns Editor?
i didn't know there's an orange/red LED on the other side. we thought you meant the red one for when the OTHER video camera is recording...

There's a button to restore your settings right in the LED patterns editor, which you would see if you tried looking, never mind the search function of the message board. I mean, seriously, what a silly question. "CLICK THE BUTTON THAT SAYS RESTORE ORIGINAL PATTERNS TO RESTORE ORIGINAL PATTERNS"
Before you ask, you can click "Save" to Save as well!!

First of all, don't waste my time making pointless posts. Secondly, there is no restore option (just looked again - no such button). Thirdly, get a life and a girlfriend/wife and put your libido in that direction, instead of putting drama into a technical internet forum!

Installed Fremantle Extras and Fremantle Extra-devel. The Fremantle Extra-devel cannot be fetched though (some repo's server problem). Couldn't find the installation link for the Fremantle Extras Testing repo, from repository.maemo.org you can just browse it, but not install.
Still there is no Live Focus app in the app manager. BTW, the search function is missing BADLY in the app manager.

Enable the Extras-Testing repository; it's in there.
Application Manager > Application Menu (top bar) > Application Catalogs > New >
Catalog Name: maemo.org extras-testing (Name it whatever you want)
Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-testing
Distribution: fremantle
Components: free non-free
Save > Wait for updates > Download > Search for Live Focus > Install.

Keep the personal attacks out. It's against the terms of use and forum rules.
If you read my post (which I'm sure you did, since you clicked thanks), the function's in either the extras-devel or extras-testing version of the software. I only said "never mind" because I assumed Creamy Goodness was talking about the Extras version.
(And I can confirm there is such a button.)
