where can i find this app? cant find it in the app manager...

You need to have extras-devel enabled.

After you enable it, Refresh you app manager and it will be there.

i have done it already why cant i see it? this really sux! i need an app like this i've been asking for an app like this, and now i cant download it... that sux!

LOL, relax mate.

Open terminal as root and try this :
1. apt-get update - let it finish, takes time requires internet.
2. apt-cache search "" | grep mycontacts

if it is there, type :
apt-get install mycontacts

If not, tell me.

fixed the extra devel rep config and now i can see it thnx for ur help, i was not mad at u this phone has done some pretty bad stuffs to me...

some issues w not letting me pick up some important calls, and getting stuck in the middle of something important little things that get me to my nervs (i know my grammar sux sorry abt that)

Hi Felipe, deleting the folder eventually worked. But I still have a problem though. Akrhough my contacts are visible and I can add contacts to the groups etc. Clicking on them, whether in the application it self or in the widget, brings up an empty screen!! So no contact details like phone numbers are visible.
